Warm-up
- 75 jumping jacks
- Jog 5-10 minutes
- Dynamic warm-up – 3 moves at 25 yards
Main set
- 400 yards (1 lap)
- 2 minutes rest
- 800 yards (2 laps)
- 2 minutes rest
- 1200 yards (3 laps)
- 2 minutes recovery
- 10-30 burpees.
