In the face of adversity you need to learn to keep your cool. A tough and long workout like this will teach you to stay calm. You are in control of each rep, always making it your best.
Warm-up
- Dynamic Warm Up – 3 movements x 2 at 25 yards each.
Main set
- 100 jumping jacks
- 30 burpees
- 30 box jumps
- 100 crunches
- 30 bodyweight squats
- 30 side kicks (each side)
- 100 high knees (50 each leg)
- 30 jumping lunges
- 30 squat jumps
Repeat main set as needed.
