Be bold and watch the pieces fall into place.
Warm-up
- Dynamic warm up – 3 movements x 2 at 25 yards each.
- Jump rope/jog 5-10 minutes.
Main set
- 100 yard uphill terrain sprint, walk to start. Repeat for 20 minutes.
- Trail run or road run 35 minutes.
