
Athleticism: Do You Dare?

Warm-up
- Jump Rope – 3 minutes
- 10 Pistol Squats
- 10 Plyometric Pushups
- 10 Glute Kickbacks
Main set
- 100m uphill terrain sprints, walk to start. Repeat for 20 minutes,
- Trail Run 35 minutes.
Cool down
