Basic bodyweight exercises need to be mastered before moving on to more difficult lifts and movements. A strong base can be laid with only a few primitive materials.
Warm-up
• Dynamic warm-up
• Jump rope or jog 10 minutes
Main set
• 15 burpees
• 10 push-ups
• 15 walking lunges, each leg
• 15 push-ups
• Belly crawl 25 yards x 2
• Bear crawl 25 yards x 2
• 15 stone/log/sandbag squats
Repeat 1-4 times.
Run 20 minutes.
